Access
– Where is the property located, and how can I get there?
The property is located in the village of Sauqueville, along the D7 road, near the Rouen–Dieppe route (N27) — 11 km from Dieppe and 66 km from Rouen. We recommend coming by car.

– Is there parking on-site?
Yes, 5 parking spaces are available on the property, with the possibility to charge electric vehicles (slow charging station – €10/night).
Check-in / Check-out
– What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM.
Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Please call us at +33 06 75 70 96 58, about 30 minutes before your actual arrival.
For weekend rentals, feel free to contact us to check the chalet’s availability for a late check-out — up to 4:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.
Two sets of keys and a gate remote control are provided.
In case of absence or late arrival, a key box can be made available, and the access code will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
Upon departure, please bring all bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels down to the entrance hall.
Security
– Is the property secure?
Yes, the property is enclosed with an automatic gate, which should be properly closed whether you are on-site or away.
The pond is also fenced and only accessible through a small gate, providing safety for children.
A railing runs around the property, but it is not fenced off for pets.

What should we do with the trash?
Three bins are available at the back of the chalet for your waste:
- One bin for non-recyclable waste (with a trash bag).
- One bin for recyclables (yellow lid — please flatten packaging and deposit loose).
- One bin for glass.
We take care of placing the bins on the roadside for collection.
Smoking Policy:
The property is non-smoking.
Pets policy
Pets may be accepted upon request. Please specify breed and size. A higher security deposit (€500 to €700) may apply.

The Wi-Fi codes are available in the chalet’s welcome guide, on the dining room console.
Where can I find the indoor and outdoor games?
The board games are stored in the coffee table in the living room. The pétanque sets and badminton kit are kept in the closet in the entrance hall. The ping-pong table is stored in the basement.
